Dr. Karim Ragui

He is a Senior Researcher in the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China. He obtained his Ph.D. (2016) from USTHB University, Algeria, in Co-direction with ENS Paris-Saclay University, France. He worked as an Associate Professor in USTHB University, Algeria, Paris-Saclay University, France. His research is focused on supercritical fluids for green energy applications, heat & mass transfer, multi-scale porous matrix, and nanotechnology. He won several Certificates of Excellence from Elsevier Researcher Academy (2018-2019). He is currently an Editor-in-Board Member in SN Applied Sciences Journal (Springer Nature), and Guest Editor in MATEC Journal, edp-Sciences, and Fluid Dynamics & Materials Processing. Recently, he published an innovative flow-pattern & non-settling charts to deal with particles/base-fluid instability for field-scale applications (Physics of Fluids, 2021) and heat and mass coefficients models for complex contaminant in SiC porous annulus (IJHMT, 2018). He accomplished 02 book chapters and more than 25 papers in reputed journals. He is a certified reviewer in renowned Elsevier & Springer journals.
